Trained in Western-style herbalism, she specializes herbal treatments and cosmetics for skin, hair, nails, and feet. Stephanie is also a Certified Aromatherapist, with extensive training in the nutritional sciences. She has authored books on natural body care, including The Herbal Body Book, Naturally Healthy Skin, and Natural Foot Care. Stephanie resides in Orland, Maine with her husband and pets, spending her spare time hiking, organic gardening, and cooking.

As a bug-phobic, I look forward to trying a lot of the neat recipes in this book. I like how the beginning of the book lists the basics, the ingredients needed, and the equipment, before you get into the recipes themselves. Looks like it will make summer easier for me.
