This has become one of my recipe books for Natural Skin/Body/Hair Care. It has a no nonsense approach--Straight and to the point. Very helpful!

The recipes aren't for beginners and does not give enough information for what some of this stuff is or where to get them.

I've been involved with CPTG essential oils for over a year but was very disappointed in this book as it referenced many items I'm not at all familiar with, used duplicate names for items requiring research on my part, and switching back and forth between ounces and grams. It will take up residence in a seldom used area of my library.
