Product Description

In this concise yet information-packed book, bestselling author Louise L. Hay shows that you can change and improve virtually every aspect of your life by understanding and using affirmations correctly. Every thought you think and every word you speak is an internal dialogue of affirmations that create your life experiences. Your beliefs are merely habitual thinking patterns that you acquired as a child. Some work well for you; others may be limiting your ability to create the things you say you want. This book discusses how affirmations can be solutions to problems with health, forgiveness, prosperity, creativity, relationships, job success, and self-esteem. By the end of this book, you will be able to say, "I can do it." With new-found confidence, you will be on the way to the joy-filled life you deserve. Also includes a bonus audio download.

About Louise L. Hay

Review by:
It's a decent book, but it's kind of like those "learn a new language" books that have you memorize certain phrases to use in different locations; instead of teaching how to say what you yearn to say. A lot of the book didn't apply to me and it was a very short book that can be read in under 90 minutes.
