Would be better to have a timeline of how long to do each detox.

This guide is a fantastic tool for full body detox. It tells you what/where to start detoxing first, symptoms of each congested area so you can easily see problem areas. And then gives multiple oils/products to use for each area you might be addressing. Whether it's a congested liver or a digestive problem mostly affecting the gut or a full body renewal sought, this is very helpful! It's too bad it doesn't give you an idea of how often or how much or for how long but this is where we're at with essential oils, needing to do some research on our own so that companies can be compliant with the FDA. I purchased this tear pad at the Aroma Tools convention store. This has been so helpful in getting people on the right track on a cleansing program.
