Review by:
I have been on raw food pathways a number of times. I can’t do it for longer than 6 months at a time. My body has more needs long term. I have a fairly extensive knowledge of raw foods and am pleased that this book has good basic information like sprouting times and flavor pairings. I love the quality paper. I would like to have seen a food / essential oil chart (for example 1 tbsp = 2 drops). My big complaint is the background colors... way too dark, making it super hard to read. Worse than that is that the background colors actually turn off how appealing the recipe may be. Colors can turn on and off feelings and appetite, in this case...yuck. Out of 5 stars, three for the material, one missing for the lack of EO.conversion, and second one missing for the terrible color choices. (Posted on 1/9/2019)
