If you've not applied vinyl before, these will be a new experience. Be sure to watch the tutorial, but basically, the clear sheet is just to hold the parts of the label in place so you can get the label off of the backing (the white backing the label is stuck to). You have to get it to un-stick from the white part and stick to the clear side. As you slowly pull the two pieces apart, the label MUST stick to the clear side. If it doesn't, you won't be able to get the label on to what ever container you're trying to put it on. It's a back and forth process, pressing on the design till it sticks to the clear side and releases from the white side. Then when you get it all stuck to the clear side, put it on your container and press in place, and the clear transfer paper will come right off and leave the vinyl sticker right where you want it.
