We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders it is not possible for us to guarantee same-day shipping. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

If you require expedited shipping, you must place your order BEFORE NOON, and contact us by telephone to make special arrangements. Expedited shipping will generally cost more than standard shipping.

Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We are no longer able to add to, subtract from, or combine orders once they have been placed.

Shipping charges calculated by our website are estimates based on weight and location. Your actual shipping cost may be lower or higher. If the actual cost of shipping is lower, we will automatically adjust your order total. If the actual cost is higher, we will contact you before shipping.

Pick-up orders placed by noon on a business day will generally be available to pick up at our Orem, Utah office after 10:00 a.m. on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be available within 2 business days.

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions. Free ship orders will be sent via a carrier of our choice and may take considerably longer to arrive.
