The following is an excerpt from the chapter "Massage Oils" from the
Reference Guide for Essential Oils by Connie and Alan Higley

Shake well before using.

Ingredients:

Sesame Seed Oil- High in linoleic acid; moisturizing; easily absorbs into the skin.
Grape Seed Oil- antioxidant; rich in bioflavonoids; helps maintain pH balance.
Sunflower Seed Oil- contains natural vitamin E; antioxidant.

Essential Oils:

Tangerine- sedating and calming to the nervous system.
Rosewood- appeasing to the mind and relaxing to the body.
Spearmint- acts as an anti-depressant by relieving mental strain and fatigue, and by lifting one's spirits.
Peppermint- purifying and stimulating to the conscious mind; anti-inflammatory; helps with nerve regeneration.
Ylang Ylang- anti-depressant; calming and relaxing; balances male/female energies.
Lavender- sedative; balances body system and promotes a general sense of well-being.

Warning: Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
