1. Noise level is given as a non-numeric value because the noise level of this diffuser was too low to register on the sound level meter at a range of 18 inches. 
2. The air saturation rating measures how much oil a diffuser can put into the air in a set amount of time for therapeutic purposes. Typically, the higher the air saturation rating, the larger the area the diffuser will cover (the actual square footage a diffuser can cover will vary depending on airflow, height of ceiling, climate, and the oil being diffused). Diffusers with a "Very High" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .75 and 1.3 ml per 15 minutes of use. Diffusers with a "High" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .4 and .75 ml per 15 minutes of use. Diffusers with a "Moderate" rating have a maximum oil output ability of between .1 and .4 ml per 15 minutes of use. Diffusers with a "Low" rating have a maximum oil output ability of less than .1 ml per 15 minutes of use. These levels are for lemon oil diffused in a warm, dry climate with moderate air flow. Actual oil output ability may vary depending on the type of oil being diffused, the climate, airflow, and diffuser variability.
